Mini Queen and I did another segment on our favorite morning news show, Great Day SA, this morning. This time we were sharing some adorable Valentines Day snacks that are so simple, your little ones can join in the fun of making them with you! These are perfect for whatever parties you have planned, to make to pass out as Valentines, or just for a fun project to do at home to keep the kids entertained.
With my birthday and Christmas just passed, my closet has grown (and been pruned) quite a bit. Out with the old, in with the new. When I’m in a big shopping-trip kind of mood, like I was a couple of weeks ago, the San Marcos Premium Outlets are one of my go-to destinations (see my last trip, here).
Did anyone catch my segments on Great Day SA, yesterday? It was a fun morning of hands-on mixing, making, and beautifying. We made bath bombs (see yesterdays post for the recipe and step-by-step how-to), and 2 different types of all-natural face masks.
Watch the full segments, here. We have a little hiccup when we try to demo the bath bomb in action, whoops, the set-backs of live TV (insert laughing emoji, here). I promise they work perfectly when you toss them in a hot bath; I just used one!
But the important part, and what I’ve been getting the most comments about, my burgundy velvet dress. It’s gorgeous, and I absolutely love it. To answer all your question: it fits true to size, hugs your body, has an invisible zipper running up the back, and is only $13. Yes, $13! Shop the exact dress, below.
I don’t think I’ll ever tire of being in front of a camera.
I’m heading on to Great Day SA this morning, for double DIY beauty segments. On the show, I’ll be making 2 types of face masks, and bath bombs inspired by lush. On the blog today, I’ll be sharing the recipe and how-to for the bath bombs, so you can whip some up for yourself, or for your friends, they’re such a great gift!
You try keeping these cuties away from a camera; they both just love it! Here’s her latest segment on our favorite morning show, Great Day SA. We were sharing super cute, and healthy, snacks for kids. Get the recipe/how-to for them, below.
Well, it’s official, little Miss Honor is hooked on being on TV, she just can’t get enough of it. I’m talking immediately after the cameras stop filming, she asks when she gets to do another! I’m thrilled that we both get to be a part of these, and are able to share in something that we both love.
See the full segment here, and watch a fun BTS video (with a little Q&A session with me) here.
If there’s anything specific you’d like to see/learn about on any of our upcoming segments, (fashion, beauty DIY, kid friendly, etc…) be sure to leave me a comment, or shoot me a message!
