I’ve told you guys about Lüke’s visiting chef dinner series before, here’s the latest dinner in the series, this time featuring Chef Miles Landrem of the restaurant Johnny Sánchez.
This 5 course meal (plus appetizers) will focus on Mexican flavors with a San Antonio touch and feature items like chorizo & plantain mini empanadas, masa fried oysters, adobo rubbed lamb loin and coconut flan.

I made it out to one of the previous (sold out) dinners and I can tell you that these Chef’s do not hold back. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the cocktails are non-stop and the food is, of course, ridiculously luxurious!
